His entrepreneurial journey started while still a university student by co-founding Emerald College of Business, growing it from a modest start into a significant educational institution, demonstrating an early aptitude for building scalable ventures from the ground up.
He later co-founded Yosoqo.com, a cloud-native B2B marketplace. Additionally, George has served as a strategic advisor for health-tech ventures like Avicalab Diagnostics and Clinocare Health, guiding them from their initial phases to full accreditation and operational stability.
As the CEO of CoHire, George leverages a decade of founder experience to refine strategic direction and streamline the complexities of modern recruitment. He is instrumental in shaping AI-driven solutions that focus on eliminating bias while maintaining high operational efficiency. By utilizing his extensive pan-African network and deep operator expertise, George successfully scales organizational footprints across the continent and beyond.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Reuben is a technical architect and systems engineer dedicated to building high-performance, scalable software. A self-taught developer with deep expertise in Python, Java, and AI, he has spent nearly a decade designing and deploying backend systems for fintech, e-commerce, and health-tech sectors.
His technical foundation was solidified by founding and developing Scream! a social media platform he successfully engineered to support a user base of 50,000, gaining hands-on experience in shipping reliable software at startup speed.
Currently, Reuben is responsible for the entire engineering lifecycle at CoHire, where he architects the core technical solutions and machine-learning pipelines. He focuses on building robust backend infrastructures capable of screening extensive datasets with millisecond latency while ensuring system security and transparency.
By overseeing the integration of sophisticated AI modules into the platform's architecture, Reuben ensures that the technology remains fast, dependable, and capable of handling complex, global-scale recruitment workflows.
